With a passion for house hunting and studying current market trends, it has been a long time dream of mine to work in Real Estate. I’m excited to be a member of the National Association of Realtors and have my license to be able to help service the communities of Livingston County and beyond, through the office of Joan Bullard Realty Inc. 

Born and raised in Aurora Illinois, I moved to Livingston County after graduating from Illinois State University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science. I married Luke Henrichs in July of 2011 and we now have 4 wonderful children, Liam, Layne, Logan and Ainslee. We are raising our family  in rural Cullom/Saunemin on one of our family farms.

I am an energetic and motivated agent with a commitment to making the process of buying and selling enjoyable and as simple as possible for all customers. Along with offering the utmost quality of service, I am dedicated to each client in offering insightful direction in all real estate plans.
