David Milton and Tony Perri of Hometown Lenders is going to give us all the in's and out's of the new LLPA Program and how this will affect your buyers. The LLPA program sets the loan fee's based on the buyers credit score, down payment and type of loan. This will be a zoom meeting this Thursday May 4th at 11am.
