The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is a bureau of the U.S. Department of Treasury that safeguards the financial system from illicit use, combats money laundering, and promotes national security.  This presentation will help to prepare you for conversations with your clients on how the procedure for closing on their home will change come March 1st .
