General Membership Appraisal Changes

Changes are coming to the Appraisal Industry.  Starting Nov 2, 2026 Fannie Mae and Freedie Mac will require the new Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6.  Doug Anderson, local Appraiser and long time member of KIFAR will be pesenting on all the changes and what you need to know.  You don't want to miss this meeting!  Bring all of your questions.
