This 2-day course is the main requirement for the ABR® Designation. Successful completion of this course also fulfills the elective-course requirement to earn the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation. Topics covered: Conveying your value to the buyer-client; Conducting a seamless, productive buyer counseling session; Guiding a buyer-client through the search-showing-selection process; Negotiating buyer-clients' offers; Bringing the transaction to a successful close; Providing exceptional service.

We will be at KCC, 100 College Dr, Kankakee,  in the Iroquois Room

Light Breakfast, snacks and Lunch will be provided both days.
